Le problème
A 24/7 plumber was losing emergency calls every night due to a site with no credibility: no visible pricing, no displayed certifications, no way to request a quick quote outside business hours.
A fully operational showcase website for an emergency plumber in Lyon. Deep water blue, XL phone button, pricing displayed without ambiguity — everything designed so a prospect in crisis at 2 a.m. finds exactly what they need.
A 24/7 plumber was losing emergency calls every night due to a site with no credibility: no visible pricing, no displayed certifications, no way to request a quick quote outside business hours.
Multi-section site: emergency hero with XL phone button, certification banner, service grid, transparent day/night/weekend pricing, 4-step video diagnosis process, job gallery, service area, client reviews, emergency FAQ.
Design delivered in 4 days. Pricing readable on the homepage to filter unqualified requests. Emergency form connected to a dedicated mailbox with automatic timestamping.
Plomberie Aquasoleil is a plumbing and heating business in Lyon, operating since 2011. Two teams run in parallel: one for scheduled work (bathrooms, boilers), one for nights and weekends. The problem is straightforward: someone searching "emergency plumber Lyon night" at 2 a.m. lands on a dated WordPress site with a phone number and nothing else. No pricing, no certifications, no process. Most of them call the next result in under thirty seconds. The brief was to build something that gives them a reason to stop there.
Ten sections: an emergency hero headlined "24/7 emergency plumbing — Lyon metropolitan area" with a sticky "15-min response night/weekend" banner and an XL phone button; a certification trust banner (Natural Gas, RGE Heating, Decennial warranty); four service cards (emergency call-out, bathroom, gas heating, leak detection); a transparent pricing grid (day / night / weekend, base rate and hourly); a four-step process (call → free video diagnosis → quote within 30 min → on-site within 1h); a before/after gallery of six jobs; service area across eight communes; four anonymised Google reviews; a five-question emergency FAQ.
The deep blue #1B4D7A appears in the hero and pricing section only — the page body stays off-white. That contrast makes the pricing legible on the dark section and breaks the page into distinct zones.
Most plumber sites say "call for a quote" where the price should be. For someone with water coming through their ceiling at 2 a.m., that is the worst possible answer. An indicative grid — even with a range — means the prospect arrives at the call knowing roughly what to expect. Fewer surprises, faster decision.
The phone button stays visible throughout the scroll because everything else on this site is secondary. Someone in a plumbing emergency is not reading carefully. The XL button on a dark background stays in the corner of their eye no matter where they are on the page.
The video diagnosis step is there because it saves 30 to 60 minutes on simple jobs. Most competitors do not mention it. Laying it out as a four-step process with timeframes makes it concrete rather than a vague promise of "we'll assess first."
Next.js source files, Vercel deployment + custom domain, editable pricing grid (JSON or lightweight CMS), connected emergency form with automatic timestamp on submission, extensible job gallery without touching the code, Plumber + LocalBusiness JSON-LD tags for local SEO, maintenance guide. Turnaround: 4 working days.
