Here is every point checked before each go-live. This is our internal standard — not a marketing promise. You can use this list to frame your expectations or audit another provider.

- CLS (layout shift) < 0.1
- INP (interaction responsiveness) < 200 milliseconds
- Images compressed in WebP or AVIF format

- Unique title tags (50–60 characters) on every page
- Custom meta descriptions (140–160 characters)
- sitemap.xml publicly accessible
- robots.txt present and correct
- HTTPS active with valid SSL certificate
- 301 redirects in place if URLs have changed
- Open Graph tags configured for social sharing
- JSON-LD schema (LocalBusiness, Organization, etc.) injected

- All images have a descriptive alt attribute
- Full keyboard navigation functional
- Visible focus on all interactive elements
- No content accessible by mouse only
- Screen readers tested on key pages

- Clear and localised error messages
- Confirmation email sent to the submitter
- Notification email received by the site owner
- Anti-spam configured (honeypot or equivalent)

- Correct display on iPhone (Safari)
- Correct display on Android (Chrome)
- Correct display on tablet
- Tested on Firefox and Chrome desktop
- No unwanted horizontal scroll

- Cookie banner if analytics or tracking is active
- Site owner contact details visible
