If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Service Provider may invoice for partial services already rendered (L221-25 French Consumer Code).

The Service Provider warrants its deliveries against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery (free bug corrections).
Beyond this period, a maintenance service may be proposed separately.
9. Liability
The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amounts actually received for the relevant service. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of turnover, etc.).
The Service Provider is subject to a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged in the course of their contractual relationship.
11. Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
