A concierge company managing 30 villas on the Côte d'Azur had a generic web image that did not reflect the value of the properties entrusted to it, and was losing mandates to better-presented competitors.
Luxury showcase site: full-screen villa hero, editorial service cards, five-step trust process, owner testimonials, performance indicators, mandate enquiry form.
Design delivered in 5 days. Editorial tone aligned with luxury hospitality codes. Mandate enquiry form that qualifies the property type at submission.
Conciergerie Azur has managed 30 properties between Nice, Antibes and Saint-Tropez since 2016. Pool villas, sea-view apartments, mountain chalets in winter. The rental clientele is 60% foreign, average stay ten days, average rental around €4,000 a week. The owners are people who have a multi-million-euro asset they're handing to someone else to manage. Their current site is a WordPress page with three photos and a contact form. Owners compare, and they go with whoever looks more serious.
Eight sections. A full-screen hero with a pool villa, the tagline "Your property. Our rigour. Your peace of mind." and two CTAs: Entrust your property / View our properties. Five service cards: Premium check-in/check-out, Hotel-grade housekeeping, 7/7 maintenance, Professional photography, Revenue management. A metrics banner: 30 properties managed, 4.9 stars, 92% occupancy, guaranteed monthly payout. A five-step process: Valuation visit → Contract → Listing → Operational management → Payout. A masonry property gallery — six placeholder villas with floor area, location and type. Three anonymised owner testimonials. And a mandate enquiry form: property type, floor area, location, availability, contact.
The sand accent (#C4A574) is a single colour against a deep black hero (#0E0E0E) and off-white body (#FAFAF8). It shows up on the large numerals in the metrics banner, the tagline dash and the secondary CTA border. Nothing else.
Standard concierge sites use a generic service-sector voice. Conciergerie Azur's services are described with hospitality vocabulary instead — "personalised check-in", "hotel-grade housekeeping", "bespoke revenue management." An owner who's used to palace hotel standards reads that language and recognises it. It's not about sounding premium. It's about speaking a language the target client already uses.
The four metrics in the banner — occupancy rate, monthly payout, average rating, number of properties — are the four things an owner is actually thinking about when they evaluate a concierge service. Putting them in large numerals in a single banner makes them scan quickly and easy to remember. A paragraph with the same data would be forgotten.
The mandate form qualifies at the point of submission: property type, floor area, area, availability. By the time someone fills it in, the team already has what it needs before the first meeting. That's useful practically, but it also projects exactly the kind of operational rigour the site is supposed to convey.
A real client would have received: Next.js source files, Vercel deployment + domain, property gallery fed by an editable JSON file, connected mandate form with email notifications and full summary, LodgingBusiness + LocalBusiness JSON-LD tags, optional Airbnb/Booking integration for direct links, and an update guide. Estimated timeline: 5 working days.
