Camille Reynaud — Sophrologist

Calm showcase site for a sophrologist based in Nantes. Sand, sage green and Lora, generous space, a caring tone, a streamlined booking journey.

01

Le problème

An independent sophrologist had a steady practice but a difficult schedule to manage: patients called to find out the basics before booking, costing her 30 to 45 minutes a week in repetitive phone conversations.

02

La solution

Soothing single-page site with a spacious hero, an Approach section in three illustrated paragraphs, Sessions (duration, price, formats), and Book an appointment (fictional Cal.com link + message form).

03

Le résultat

Patients arrive at their appointment having already read the approach, prices, and session formats. Fewer informational calls, better quality conversations.

The fictional brief

Camille Reynaud is an ISEBA-certified sophrologist in Nantes. Open since 2021, diary almost always full. The problem wasn't finding clients — it was the same phone call, over and over: how much does it cost, how long is a session, can we do it online? Between 30 and 45 minutes a week on questions that had nowhere else to live. A site fixes that.

What we built

Four sections. A spacious hero — generous white space, italic Lora title, portrait placeholder, "Book an appointment" CTA. An approach section with three blocks: Grounding in the body / At your own pace / Concrete tools — each anchored with a small icon, written in plain language with no jargon. A sessions section, four cards: Duration, Price, Formats, Frequency. And a booking section with a Cal.com link and a free-text message form.

No bullet-point list of benefits. No sophrology vocabulary that means nothing to someone who's never tried it. Short paragraphs that explain how the sessions actually work.

What drove our decisions

Lora was designed for on-screen reading. It's soft — not clinical, not cold. The italic on the hero title introduces something that the regular weight doesn't. For a therapeutic context that distinction matters more than it might seem.

Pure white would have been too sharp for this kind of practice. The sand (#F0EAE0) background is neutral, light, and stays out of the way. It doesn't draw attention to itself, which means the content gets to.

The sessions section does most of the practical work on the page. Four cards, each factual: "60 min · €60–80/session · in-person or remote · once a week to start." Those four answers cover most of what the phone calls were asking about. The idea is that by the time someone books, they already know what they're coming to.

Delivery

A real client would have received: Next.js source files, Vercel deployment + domain, Cal.com (or Calendly) integration for online booking, connected contact form, MedicalBusiness and Physician JSON-LD tags, and an update guide for approach text, pricing and session formats. Estimated timeline: 3 working days.

This project is a demonstration created by the Webvori studio to illustrate our approach and level of craft. No real client is associated with this fictional brand. Visual identities and photos are illustrative — Webvori studio demo.
